Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Us:

Please note that we may be unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. Situations leading to cancellation include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or product defects. Additional verifications may be required before accepting an order. We'll contact you if any part of your order is cancelled or if more information is needed. If your payment is processed before cancellation, the amount paid will be reversed within 7 working days upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds will be issued. 

Cancellations by the User:

In the event of order cancellation requests, we reserve the right to accept or reject them. If a cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of placing the order, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount. Upon cancellation, the refunded amount will be reversed to your account within 7 working days upon receiving your bank details; cash refunds are not possible. Orders already processed or requested for cancellation after the initial 24-hour period cannot be cancelled. We hold discretion in determining order processing status. You agree not to dispute our decision. After the initial 24-hour period, cancellation requests are not entertained, and refunds won't be provided.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products:

Customers are advised to check the ordered products and quantities on the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. If any discrepancy or damage to the package is noticed, please make a suitable remark on the receipt for the logistics service provider/courier to acknowledge the delivery of the products.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns/exchanges for orders delivered outside India or for Made to Order/customised items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, contact us at hello@poperiee.com within 24 hours of receipt. Provide detailed information and images of the issue.

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Genuine quality/manufacturing defect

Contact our care team within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return/exchange, and images if applicable

Refunds are in store credit only, processed within 7 to 10 working days. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect/incomplete addresses or after three failed delivery attempts.

List of Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

  • All international orders are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

  • Accessories: Jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.

  • Custom-made and Made-to-order products.

  • Orders made using store credit.

  • Altered products as per provided specifications/measurements.

  • Products purchased during sales/promotions.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
